We are also in the exploratory stages of building a rugby lodge that will fully meet the needs of players, fans, and spectators. It is crucial for us to begin fundraising in support of Farm upgrades. For the clubhouse project, there are initial costs involved with permitting, compliance, refining the design, determining cost estimates and project timeline. We also plan to invest in upgrades to the playing surface, including drainage work. To this end, we invite all current and former players, fans, and supporters to join us on July 30, 2011 for our first Jester Farm Fund event - a golf tournament, dinner, and auction. Please view the link for more details - even if you cannot attend the golf tourney, we encourage you to join us for the dinner and auction. The new rugby lodge will offer an outstanding resource for not only our club and fans, but for rugby events in the Pacific northwest, including youth rugby. As rugby continues to expand in popularity, ORSU aims to remain a leader in the growth of our beloved sport.
